These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the theLSATguru website at thelsatguru.com and any content, tools, or services we make available (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own individual, non-commercial LSAT preparation. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including practice questions, explanations, lessons, diagnostics, text, graphics, logos, and the underlying code — is owned by theLSATguru or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our original practice questions and explanations are our proprietary content. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or otherwise use any automated system (including bots, spiders, or scripts) to access, copy, or collect content from the Service, except for search engines operating in accordance with our robots.txt;
  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Service, including our practice questions and explanations;
  • use any content from the Service to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence model;
  • access the Service through any means other than the interfaces we provide, or attempt to circumvent any access, rate-limiting, or security measure;
  • use the Service in any way that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of, or restricts the use of the Service by, any other person.

We reserve the right to block, rate-limit, or terminate access for any user or system that violates these restrictions.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed as described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular score, result, or admissions outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, theLSATguru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Trademarks

LSAT® is a registered trademark of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). theLSATguru is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LSAC.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
